Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, OneExpect reserves the right to close those accounts and forfeit any accumulated balance.

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Please notify OneExpect immediately if any of your account details change.
• Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to OneExpect immediately.
• Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.

OneExpect is exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. If it is later found that an account was created using a false age, the account will be closed and any winnings will be forfeited.

OneExpect supports multiple payment methods, including mobile banking and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from your own account.

• Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.

The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first deposit only. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

• Odds in in-play betting can change at any time.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, your bet stake will be refunded.
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.

• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
